A research group of the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers)
EnGRG co-hosting Energy Policy ECR masterclass, 10 Dec, Cambridge
22 Oct 2018
How do energy policymakers and policy workers regard social sciences and humanities (SSH) research? What strategies are there for establishing dialogue with those working on energy policy? Why should all this be of interest to PhD and early career researchers?
This one-day masterclass is free and UK travel bursaries are available (apply by 16 Nov). For a detailed programme, speaker line up, and sign up details, see the main masterclass webpage.
The event is part of the Energy-PIECES project, which is also offering a number of paid, 6-week policy placements for PhDs and ECRs in early 2019. See details here.
